"A CHILD'S VOICE IN COURT"
CASA provides trained community volunteers to advocate for the best interests of children who come to the attention of the court primarily as a result of abuse or neglect.
Last Year in Nashville, close to 2000 children were caught up in the court because they were abused, neglected or abandoned by those they loved and trusted the most.
Fortunately, there is an organization that puts these children first. It's called CASA, which stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate. Staffed almost entirely by non-paid volunteers, CASA can make a real difference in the lives of children at risk.
CASA's mission is to expedite the process through which these abused and neglected children find permanent, safe homes.
2009 Year End Campaign Results:
$52,000!
Thank YOU!!

The results of our 2009 Year-End Giving Campaign are in, and we can't thank you enough for your incredible support of CASA! Through your generous donations, we exceeded our campaign goals for a final total of over $52,000!!
This also represents a 15% increase in donations from last year's annual campaign, which is quite impressive considering the current economy that has been particularly challenging for nonprofits. From all of us at CASA, and the children we serve, THANK YOU for your support and dedication to our mission!
